Call History Not Showing Business Names

So on my 6P, I never had to make a change in any settings and my phone would show business names in my recent calls. These numbers are not saved in my phone. On my 7P, I'm only seeing business numbers and not names in my call history and the only names that show are my saved contacts. Is there a setting to show names by default and not just the business number? I'm using the default phone dialer.

"See Caller and Spam ID" as well as "Verified Calls" are both selected, yes

To add, when I can businesses, I search the name in the call search field and it returns the values in expecting. I even get the note "this is likely a business" in my history.

My P7 is the same. When I had my former 4A it always showed the caller ID name of business. Not sure what is going on. I was using Hiya for awhile but it didn't show any caller ID either. it has consistently worked on other devices.

I wonder if it's just a temporary server side issue. Give it a few days. Also, make sure you're up to date with Google Play System Updates (in Settings>Security​).

My phone won't get off the October play store update. Remember reading this was a bug when I got the phone in October. Did that never get fixed? My issue has always been a problem since I got the phone so maybe that's it

I'm still on October as well on my Pixel 7 Pro. The Google Play System Updates aren't always right on time each month (and it's also possible to have multiple updates but still remain on the same month).
