Call ignore SMS with Google Voice?

I love how I can ignore phone calls by upswiping and sending a quick SMS. Problem is, I don't have a messaging plan and use Google Voice for all SMS. I've been looking for a way to set it up with GV, but no joy yet, even though I get GV as my default testing app.

I'd like to know if this can be done. . . I have unlimited texting but I use my GV # as my primary means of communicating therefore would like it if someone figured out how to decline a call with a quick text. I remember the voice actions asking me which texting app (stock or GV) I use the first time I sent a text via voice; would like the same "choice" to be presented and remembered. I'm really just nit-picking at this point though. . . I love this phone.
