I'm having serious issues with calls on my S10+. On some occasions a call will come in but my screen will go flippy and I can't see who's calling, and I can't answer the call since the "answer" and "decline" buttons don't appear. On other occasions I'll be in the middle of a call where I may have to select a number (i.e., press 5 for an operator). When you try to go to the drop down at the top of the screen to get back to your actual call, it's not there. If you open the phone app, it is as if you are set up to make a new call and it doesn't find your call in progress. So there's no way to hang up or no way to dial numbers without actually rebooting the phone. I do have the latest calling version installed, anybody else having these issues?

If you leave the phone screen in the foreground, you'll see the dialpad icon (a block of 3X3 dots, with one on the bottom [the "0" button]). Use that to get to the dialpad.

Here is a screen shot of 2 incoming calls so you can see one of the issues. Turning the screen on and off does nothing to fix it, and the green button is nonresponsive. Note that this is a full screen screenshot so you can see how much of the screen is black. My other issue is the one that you commented on, and there are no 3 dots on the screen during a call. Seems to be the only issues I have with this phone, and both are with the call app, so I can't just delete and reinstall it....

I did not adjust any settings. My screen zoom is on the default setting. Note that this issue with calls does not happen on every call. It happens in about 1 out of 3. I have not tried safe mode, I have factory reset the phone and it still happens.

Give Safe Mode a try -- some app you habitually install might be causing the interference.

Another thing to try is to turn off Auto Rotate temporarily and see if that makes it go away.
