call log phone button missing?

On my fascinate,I could bring up the call log and there was a green phone button in the corner on the list. I could press that button and it would instantly call the person.

On the charge there is a white phone icon in the call log that does nothing. When I press it, it just goes to the info screen. So I have to press it twice to call someone. The EE4 update was supposed to fix this but it did not. So is there a way to add this or change this with the hidden menu or something? Please Because this is annoying the crap out of me.

You can swipe right to call, swipe left to text message.

Thanks,but its not as convenient as clicking the phone icon one click call.I guess it will have to do.
