Call not connect

[Android Central Question]

My airpod 402 is not connect call but media is connect. My phone Bluetooth setting call audio on or media audio on but call not connect.

Are the earbuds connected to any other device? Try forgetting the buds from your phone and do a factory reset of the buds: https://support.boat-lifestyle.com/...factory reset,case in the correct orientation.
