Call not connected moto z force

Moto z force: When I try to make a call it rings once and then says "call not connected, try again?" And a button for retry and cancel pop up. I have 5 bars of 4g service. I receive calls fine. Rebooted phone, no help. Any idea?

Welcome to Android Central! Have you already discussed this with Verizon? They might try reprovisioning the phone.

I have not. After a day or so it started working again. Now every once in a while it does it again, but for the most part it's been working
