Call on speaker issue

Hello everybody!

I am facing a problem with my note 20 ultra 5G-U.S version(unlocked)- Every phone call becomes fragmented while being on speaker.As a result I have to put the phone next to my ear and cancel the speaker.
I saw that this is a known problem but I did not find a proper solution.I already wiped the cache and the phone is OTA updated.I have no intention to root it.
Does anybody have a good working solution?

Welcome to Android Central! Do you have a case on? If so, try taking it off. If the case doesn't fit well and perhaps is blocking the secondary (noise cancelling) mic, then that might cause an issue like this.

I tried your idea but it was not improved.The cutouts of the case are perfect and do not block anything....I assume I am not the only one with that problem but I did not find any solution so far.I tried xda-developers and Samsung forum,too but still no solution.

Does it happen in safe mode?
