Call/phone settings

In settings/call/phone settings, there is a "edit default message" and "edit Message" option. Anyone know what this if used for?

The Edit default message comes up as "call reject message" But I have rejected calls and don't see what this is doing?

i think when you reject a call, it's for a personal message that gets sent via sms. though i'm not sure.
