Call problems on Galaxy S4 Active, why can't I hear when someone is calling?

Call problems on Galaxy S4 Active

So i have Galaxy s4 Active,since i updated my phone from KitKat to Lollipop i cant hear anythin when someone is calling or somone cant hear me,i rastarted phone about 10-20times and after 10 minutes same problem again.What should i do?
I relly love lollipop but this is a big problem.

Welcome to Android Central! Do you mean that the phone doesn't ring when someone calls, or that you can't hear the person speak and they can't hear you? Does it work on speakerphone or wired/Bluetooth headset?

Try wiping the cache partition: http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-5744
