Call quality

My wife has been experiencing call quality in the last few days. It sounds like a far away tinny sound when I call her or vice-versa.

Several G3 and G2 users have had this issue with multiple carriers. Some report turning of "ok google" detection from any screen may help. I am still testing this on mine.

I have same problem even had phone replaced. Verizon claims their working on it.
