Call/receiving calls question: quality

I'm not sure i'll explain this properly... but when im on the phone, while im talking it cuts out & if they say something at the same time i am, i cant hear anything they say.. like both ppl cant be talking at the same time or somehting. I think they hear me, but i dont hear what they say
