Wonder if DROID PRO will support call recording??? Suppose this is an important feature for business users but, most including motorola handsets don't support call recording.

i dont know but seems all us companies are paranoid about this.

before you post, recording through google voice or speakerphone doesn't count. :)

Because in some states its illegal to record a conversation without the other parties consent...so to save them selfs a lawsuit down the line I guess they all decided its was best to leave it out. It seems they will sue for anything these days.

This is crap reasoning. If it's so then how come Google is offering call recording via Google Voice?

"Can We Tape?"

Car analogy: Car makers limiting the max speed to 90mph to prevent being charged altogether in overspeed cases.

Do you see it happening??????

I'm not sure why call recording would be singled out as a business feature, the only time I've found it useful is on a conference bridge where the bridge itself has the functionality. Either way, there are several apps on the Market that allow this with varying degrees of success.

yeah right!it's illegal to record calls, but they don't car about the people's rights when they wiretap on conversations...what a freak!

With Google voice it says this call is being recording and both parties hear this message.
