Call screening

Hi,
had a Pixel 2 with call screening that I had to send in for warranty. New pixel 2 is back, and call screening isn't working. Phone is updated to 9. I had to manually update the camera app for night sight. Phone app is latest. I miss call screening!

Not sure what to do next. It seems like the phone should've updated everything?? Odd. My wifes P2 has it all automatically, as my old phone did. Hopefully, I didn't get a (nother) lemon.

Go to the Play Store and search for Google's Phone app, and see if there are any updates available.

I'm on the latest version with no updates.

Try going to the Tips & Support menu in the system settings and chat or call a support agent.

Mine works on my Pixel 2XL but I can't ever get the transcript to show up.
