Call volume low

When making calls or receiving calls I can not hear the other person on the line.
If connect to Bluetooth or put the call on speaker phone I can hear them just fine.
I have checked all settings in which are set correctly for volume.

I have blown out the earpeice and tested in safe mode still the volume.

In that case, the earpiece speaker is probably faulty.

Are you able to test calls using other VoIP apps, like Skype or Hangouts Dialer?
