Call Waiting Disconnect Error

i use s7 edge
i use 2 sim
sim 1 i only use for call and sms
sim 2 i only use for data

whenever im on call on sim 1 and someone call me, the call got through and was on call waiting, but everytime i try to answer the call waiting (no matter whether i put the previous call on hold or not) the call always disconnects

its very irritating when this happens to an important incoming call

anyone experience this and found a workaround?

samsung tech in indonesia ask me to turn on dual sim always on, but from what i read those option is for if you want to get call waiting from sim 2 when ure on call on sim 1, so obviously not my case here

Welcome to Android Central! Sorry for the very basic question, but it's still worth knowing--are you certain you're selecting the option to answer the incoming call, as opposed to rejecting it? I ask this because there are times when I receive a call waiting call, and I'm not quite sure which way I'm supposed to swipe.:-\

maybe youre right, so how to answer an incoming call waiting Diddy?
