Seems like Verizon has solved the call waiting switching problem. Before I had this: When talking with person A, the person's B call comes in-muting the person A, if I hit " answer" the phone used to freeze and hung both A & B, if I hit " ignore " to get rid of person B, I could not return to person A because somehow DI hung up on person A.
