Caller Cant Hear my Voice(mine is Galaxy S4)

Hello,
First of all, I bought my Galaxy S4 2 months ago and it was working fine, the problem started before 7 days, the problem is that the caller ( or the person who I call) cant hear my voice.
I use Galaxy S4 19505.
It works fine when I use the microphone of the Head-speakers.
Noise red. is off.
Voice Recorder is working fine.
Viber Calls is fine also, they can hear me on viber.

I dont know whats the problem
anyone can help me?

Welcome to Android Central! How about if you turn speakerphone on? I would wonder about a hardware problem with the phone mic, which is usually different from the mic used for speakerphone (and presumably for Viber as well).

its ok when i turn speakerphone on ......
anyone can help me to fix this prob.
