Caller ID photos keep getting corrupted

So I've been having this problem ever since i got my LG K7. every time i set a photo to a caller ID, it'll look fine for about a week. then slowly it will begin to turn into a mess of black and white pixels that look like nothing. it's pretty frustrating and I could really use some assistance.
