Calls drop after 10 minutes talk, updated to 7.0 last night on my 6P

Doing my phone call in my office, no moving and always worked before. Happened multiple times today already, I saw cellphone signal reset every time call got dropped. Also my wechat video chatting feature not passing audio, not sure if it is directly related to the upgrade

Which build are you running - NRD90T or NRD90U?

Did you upgrade from 6.x?

Did you wipe the system cache in Recovery mode afterwards? Factory Reset?

Hi GSDer, build number is NRD90U, I believe mine upgraded from 6.0.1, there was security upgrade couple of days back, then 7.0 came yesterday. I don't know how to wipe system cache, no factory reset either, I hope I don't have to do it because I have lot of data and app installed.

I'd suggest that you prepare for the worst, since I doubt that your problem is going to magically disappear. I was having various battery life issues after updating and just bit the bullet and nuked everything and so far I have not had the issue reoccur.

You can wipe the system cache without losing data, so that would be the easiest option to try.

In the meantime you could look into apps like the following to prepare for a Factory Reset:
