all notifications, calls, etc. were working fine on my phone until i recently enrolled in BYOD at work. i was forced to use a passcode/fingerprint to lock my device, and now my watch no longer notifies me when a call comes in. all settings have been verified correct, but no notifications when the calls come in. do calls no longer work when there is a passcode or fingerprint on the lockscreen? thanks.

No problem here. Check your notification settings. It might set to not notify if it is locked (for security).

Check admin settings on your cell. I put Good, F5 and Citrix on a throwaway cheapo Android phone because i did not want it to take over admin rights on my actual cell. It could have inserted itself as Big Brother and now blocks notifications to your watch as a "security" feature. I hate how these apps treat Android. iOS users have no such problems at my workplace with the same apps, because Apple simply won't allow an app to play admin, while Google does.

My calls off my phone won't ring on my watch. I have no trouble getting calls on the watches number though. I did a hard reset on the watch last night and could get calls but again can't get them now.

i hard reset my watch, and the ringing came back. not sure what happened, but it happened to me last time i enabled the fingerprint scanner on the lock screen, as well. oh well. as long as a hard reset fixes it, i won't complain.
