I have just bought a new S9, and am having difficulties making calls when my Wi-Fi is turned on (I have Wi-Fi calling enabled). The calls most of the time don't dial, and are just stuck with no audible noise on the initial dial screen. It can take minutes before I hear a dial, and I have to redial multiple times before I am immediately connected. Other (non-S9, including a S6) phones that are using the same network dial just phone. Turning off Wi-Fi and using my regular carrier network fixes the issue, and I am immediately connected. Has anyone had this issue before, or have any suggestions?
