Calls to my Galaxy S8 goes straight to voicemail when the phone is connected to my computer

When my phone is charging from my computer (actually from the docking station of my computer), all incoming phones are going straight to voicemail. I do not even get a notification that someone called me. When the phone is disconnected from the computer or just charging from another source everything works as it should. Any ideas?

Edit: I have now seen cases where this happens also without being connected by USB to the computer. This is in cases where the screen goes off. (But not always when the screen is off)

Welcome to the forums as a new member! I would expect, if the phone is only charging and not hooked up as a USB device, that the phone would still work. There may be something with that port on the docking station, can you hook it directly to the computer? Good question.

I have now found out that it is not only when connected to the docking station this happens. It can happen whenever the screen is off. I have now done a factory reset on the phone, but I still have the problem. Have contacted my phone company to hear if they can help me out.
