Question How to sign out unknown device?

When I tap unknown device, and after verify it's me, it just don't take me to sign out screen but to my devices screen again.

What happens if you try to do that using your computer browser? Go to myaccount.google.com and go to the Manage All Devices option under Security.

Ok, after it goes back to the devices screen, what happens if you tap it again? Does it ask you to verify your identity again? Or does nothing happen at all?

If I tap again to unknown device it ask me to verify my identity and then it don't even take me to sign out option and take me to my devices screen.

If you've already verified your identity, it shouldn't ask you to verify again in the same session. This may be a bit of a hassle, but are you able to remotely sign out of any of your known devices using that screen?

If I click on 1 session of unknown device it appears a message saying it couldn't detect the device

It means you'll have to sign back in with your Google account using whatever security you've set up. Your local data should still be there, but it might take a short time for all of your cloud data to re-sync.

My guess is that this is some glitch with your account. You can try requesting support from Google -- on the myaccount.google.com website, click the question mark icon at the upper right, and scroll down to Contact Us. See if there's an option to get a call or chat from an agent based on the information you enter.
