Calls with gear s3/phone with dual sim cards

Hi,
I have a gear s3 frontier connected to a Samsung s7 edge dual sim. When the 2 sims are installed in the phone and when I configure it to always ask me which sim card to use when calling , I'm not able to call via my watch, I can only receive calls. is there a way to make it work? The only way I found was to set a preferred sim card for calls, but I want to have the possibility to choose the sim to use when calling...
