Camara problem

My note 9 of only have less than two weeks, while taking a photo camera broke, all photos have been blury from day one. Purchased at Best Buy, they fill it is a drop which isn't the case. Called Samsung they will look at the phone and let me now what the cost would be for repair. This happening while holding my phone to take a picture

If Samsung determines that the device is faulty, and that no accidental damage has been done, they will presumably do a warranty repair.

A judicious smart slap to the camera area sometimes fixes a focussing problem.

Two weeks old, I'd go back to the purchasing store and ask for an exchange. I wouldn't take a repair/refurb on a two week old phone.

Welcome to Android Central! Just to be sure -- the phone didn't come with a protective plastic film over the camera glass, did it?
