Camera annoyance

The camera doesn't seem to remember my settings. If I turn the flash off, it isn't off the next time I go to take a picture. Any way to change this?

I don't believe you can with the stock app. A 3rd party app should be able to though (I have been playing with Camera Zoom FX and it seems to remember my settings).
