Camera app does not work while on call!!!

I cant recall any other phone doing this but the camera app doesn't work n this sucks...

Really? I just tried this on my evo and i was able to take a picture while I was calling voicemail. I am using custom rom though. Maybe when epic gets 2.2 you'll be able to.

You can do data and voice if you're on 4g. I was using google navigation today while I was talking to my gf. That's one feature of 4g and one of the reason I jumped on the evo.

I'm in a long distance relationship and told my g/f that I put a pic of her on my phone's desktop. She didn't believe me, so I went ahead and told her to hold on about 5 seconds, and I texted her the pic that I had. She saw it while we were on the phone. To have to hang up and call back just ruins the mood....
