Camera error ..cannot connect to phone

my lg g4 camera not working ..today i try to took a pic cam not opening and got a mssg that ..CAMERA ERROR ..CANNOT CONNECT TO PHONE.. i am using LG-G4-Stylus model.. i clear the data and cache..still not working..please help me to fix this.

Similar issue here, no solution yet: http://forums.androidcentral.com/showthread.php?t=705863 Also, the g4 stylus is a completely different phone than the g4.
