Camera Failed.....HELP!!

Now when I open my factory Camera app, it says WARNING : CAMERA FAILED

I've tried getting into the app to fix it with no luck. There isn't an update.. I'm at a loss.

I even downloaded a different camera app, and oddly, sometimes it works, and sometimes it does not.

Any ideas?

Did you clear the app data though the phone settings and reboot ?

That partially fixed it. I can't turn the camera around to use the farword camera or zoom.

What about in safe mode?

Safe mode might be a good idea. It's possible. Also, another app is conflicting with the camera

If it still doesn't work in Safe Mode, then the camera module itself has probably failed (or perhaps its physical connection). You'd probably have to bring it to a repair shop.

Maybe the OS is the problem and that's why it won't start.

Which device you have?

trying safe mode is probably your best bet...
