camera failed to initialize

For some reason my camera stoped working as of this morning. No new apps. Did a factory reset and still wont work. I cleared all data from all apps including the camera. Anyone know a solution for this? Thanks.

Boot into recovery and wipe the system cache.

Tappin' and talkin' with Tapatalk.

How do i do that? I did a factory reset and whiped all internal memory.
