Camera flash = Phone Dies. Anyone else?

Hi all,

Whenever I take a photo with the flash (which is rare) the phone takes the flash then immediately switches off! The only way to get it back on again is to take the battery out and in.

Very bizarre!

This is my 2nd G4 after the first one bootlooped.

Anyone else seen this?

Have never read a problem like that. I would return it also.

Mine does that with the garbage replacement batteries I got from Amazon. Doesn't happen with the stock battery.

I had that problem for awhile. I think it may be a precursor to your phone dying. Backup your info now.

Get the phone replaced quickly! Lol

This would suggest an electrical hardware problem.
Backup your phone, send it in for repairs.
