Camera focusing

Seems like a third of the pics I take with this camera are out of focus. I consciously try and focus by tapping the screen on the subject(s), but it seems hit or miss. Anyone care to share some tips for taking better pics with the N4?

Seems like a third of the pics I take with this camera are out of focus. I consciously try and focus by tapping the screen on the subject(s), but it seems hit or miss. Anyone care to share some tips for taking better pics with the N4?

Clean the lens and see if that helps. Also, try taking a few test pictures of still objects and see if there is any improvement.
