Camera Fx zoom front facing camera issue

Has anyone successfully gotten the front facing camera to orient itself properly? Mine won't auto orient. I've tried the setting for rotating the image if your orientation isn't correct to no avail. Uninstall and reinstalled. No response from developer either. I purchased the paid version too.

Does it work properly with the native Google camera app?

Yes it does as well as other camera apps. The selfie for example is upside down no matter how I rotate the phone. Not that I take those haha

Same here.

Since it is obviously a Camera Zoom FX bug and not a Nexus 6 bug, I suggest you contact the developer at admin.androidslide@googlemail.com.

Let us know how you make out.

Yeah it's definitely not the phone. Developer has yet to respond to two emails in the last two weeks. Reading reviews on Google play others have the same lack of response from developer.

Odd, never had problems with the contact with said developer. Did you try via facebook? I got him respond quite quickly this way.

Yes that would have been an easy way to get them to respond indeed! Funny some companies don't respond to their own support emails, however if you post something on their PUBLIC page they are all about helping. Or at least saying, "Please contact us immediately so we can help." To which again they don't respond.

I don't think it's just that app. I have that same issue with Mix, Camu, etc. But apps like Retrica and Focal are fine.

Still no response from the developer. Don't buy this app for now is my suggestion. Multiple emails not responded to.
