The Camera on my Gear 2 is fuzzy yet nothing on the outside of the camera appears broke or smudged, but it fixed itself on its own after a few days and power cycles.

It is fuzzy again and not focusing or taking good pictures, any thoughts on this or anyone else having similar experience?

See attached 2 images.

Thank you,
Shane

autofocus failure?? doesn't look like a dirty lens issue, IMO. If it happens again I'd call Samsung and email them samples if they want to see examples of your complaint.

More people had this problem. A suggestion in another forum was to hit the watch a few times hard (not soft) against a table or something else. Worked for me and others. However, it is not as it should be.

My first pictures were pretty blurry until I realized that there was a protective plastic film stuck on the lens. When I first got the watch, I pulled off all the protective film, but missed the piece on the lens :) ..

I agree that you should e-mail Samsung, maybe you could bring it into their store so they can have a look. This never happened to me...

I've had it happen a couple of times. Just tap the button. Side of the watch on my Palm with a little force a couple of times and it is fine. Seems like focus on lens gets stuck sometimes. Personally could care less about the camera either way. Won't use it

I got a gear 2 Neo few days ago and there is no camera software in it,, what am I missing here?

GALAXY NOTE 4, GO BIG OR GO HOME

The Neo has no camera. (Which is one reason that it costs less than the regular Gear 2).

I'm having the same problem on my gold version. I'm going to take it back to Verizon today. I have another one I can use if they have to send it in for repairs.
