Camera Issues

My bionic camera seems to have weird pink and red weird lines i don't know the problem and its only the back camera and it doesn't matter if i am in the camcorder or in the camera. please help I've only had it for a few days and it started the first day. i have also been experiencing some force closes with swype and some times it has major lags and the phone itself will sometime lag.

Hmm that's a new one.. Sounds like it could just be a bad camera, might want to exchange the phone if you've only had it a few days.. Unless someone else has an idea. Don't use swype myself so can't advise on that.

go outside, turn on camera, throw at ground.

im just kidding but no i have not heard of this one either. go up to verizon and see what they say about the camera is my best guess.

you could try pushing on the camera, see if that seats some contacts better...

but if I were you and you've only had it a couple days, I would take it back and get a new one.

I'd take it to a verizon store and let them look at it. Sounds defective. If that's the case, they'll give you a new one.

In the camera app, at the bottom left there is a sliding control with three vertical bars. If you flick that open, and tap the second icon, are the effects set to anything besides "Normal"?

(Oh, I guess you can slide that control open by pressing the menu button as well.)

My first thought is: We put our clothes IN the hamper, not on!


My second thought is spend the five bucks on ZoomCameraFX (or something like that...) It makes your camera about 3000 times better. The actual camera isn't bad, it's the software on the phone that kinda sucks.

Noted BasPilot! Unfortunately, I took my phone to my local Verizon Wireless store and they decided to send me a replacement. (I just hope it's not a refurb!)
