Camera Issues

So, I just got the new blue HTC One using the Best Buy deal. I really love this phone. But one issue I am having is whenever I am going to take a picture, the right side of the picture is blurred, while the left side looks just fine. I have tried to focus the blurred section by tapping the screen in the right side, but it does not help. Again, its only one side that gets blurred when I am about to take a picture. Is this a common issue? Is there any solution for this issue? Thanks :-\:-\

return the phone. i've seen other threads elsewhere on this issue along with claims that 4.3 made it worse. i just bought a red htc one on 4.3 and don't have the issue.
