Camera lagging?

Is it just me or when in dark and low light places, the camera starts lagging - when I am moving the phone around just before taking a photo? Even when pressing the "shoot" button takes a noticable 1-2 seconds before it takes the photo.

None of this happens when outside and taking pictures.

Any camera settings you'd recommend?

I don't have this phone, but I've seen multiple complaints on r/lgg7 about the camera lag issue.

Not so far I haven't. Low-light has been surprisingly fast. But, something to keep in mind, low light requires more exposure time. The photosensors must remain active longer to accumulate light. This is a normal thing for cameras and has been since their advent.
