Camera Launching slowly

is it just me or does the camera launch slow. If it's been launched and then I reopen it will open quicker but when I open for the first time in a while it takes maybe couple seconds? Am I being too picky?

Just thought maybe a setting I haven't set or something. Especially slower if launching the camera from a different app....

One my note3 it takes a second to open it for the first time.. the delay is probably because you are waking up a rather large "app".

Unless its an unusually long delay its normal.
