Camera Lens Cover

Okay, so if you feel the camera on your Evo, you feel a plastic piece on it. Well my piece that covers the actual camera and prevents from scratching the lens or getting it dirty isn't there. It must have fallen off but now I can feel the inside of the camera. I want to get a new Evo but I'm scared they are going to say I broke it but I didn't. I just noticed it wasn't there and I don't want to be stuck with a broken phone. Has this happened to anyone else? And will I be able to take it back?

your phone should still be covered under the manufacturers warranty. take it in. do you have the insurance?

I have the Sprint insurance. I don't have the best buy insurance.

The phone should come with a one-year warranty. Most electronics do. It should, at the very least, be covered under that.

No not the ring. But the plastic piece inside of the ring. That's not on. Mine anymore.

The camera is covered by a piece of glass to protect the lens. You should definitely try to take it back to where you bought it. Don't bother with Sprint Insurance until you've done that. What happened to you should not have happened.

I thought that the Body Glove case would have been perfect if it had a sliding camera cover, kinda like those old slide to open cameras.
