Hello everyone! Just had a quick question; Am I the only one who's camera lens seem to get easily scratched? I have a case on my phone and it's either in my pocket or on a counter at work. It's never in a bad flopping around with keys or change. My original M8 was swapped because the lens was so badly scratched that all my pictures turned blurry. Now, my replacement, is showing signs of scratches again. I don't know if it's me or the lens just easily scratches. Other than that, best phone hands down . Thank you in advance for the feedback!

There is a large thread on this topic. Go ahead and read it. It is a UV fcoating that is on the lens. I noticed this on my phone 2 days ago so I read the whole thread took a while. Let me sum it up for you. Take a micro fiber cloth and damp it in rub it in circles for 5 minutes and it'll clear right off

To add on and reiterate, yes there's a thread.
The too long didn't read for it is essentially :
1. The coating is scratched, not the lens
2. The costing is useless, don't worry about removing it
3. Damp cloth, toothpaste and a q tip, any number of glass/plastic cleaners, running alcohol. There's a lot of stuff that takes it off with a few minutes of work.
4. Go for it! It's an easy fix and it'll be as good as new afterwards.
