Camera Lens Scratch?

I've started getting a mark on all my pictures...

Over the 1 on the keypad, there appears to be a scratch (notice it's still somewhat transparent). It also shows up when using Barcode Scanner and any other program that utilizes the camera. I've cleaned my lens with a sunglasses cloth and I can't see anything (with the naked eye). Is it possible that it's on the sensor? Or do you think that a scratch would be too small to see? Though I don't use a protective case, I'm pretty careful with the phone--I always keep it in a pocket without anything else, it's never been dropped, etc.

Thoughts? Anything I can do? Thanks.

Yeah looks like some form of crack at least on the lens. Get that checked out.

I'd say it's the sensor. A scratch on the lens would not be in focus in your photos.
