Camera Not working in Landscape mode

Hi everyone - recently switched from my iPhone 6 to this and I love the phone but am having a problem with the camera app.

When I take a few pics in portrait mode and then turn the phone into landscape mode to take a pic, it doesn't take the pic when you press on the camera button. I repeated pressed it several times with no luck. However, if you use the volume button to take a pic it still works.

While this isn't a huge issue for me as I have found a solution it is a problem as often times I ask my friends (with iPhones) to take a pic.

Am I doing something wrong with this or anyone have any recommendation to resolve this issue?

I am using the default Samsung app and settings and can't deinstall and reinstall this.

No that's definitely weird. Have you tried rebooting your device? Does your entire touch screen work for everything else on your phone?

Yes I have rebooted it a couple of times and try to do so every 2-3 days.

The entire touchscreen works fine besides that. The odd part is that it takes pictures sometimes on this mode if I start there. I just seems to act up when I switch from portrait to landscape, which people do frequently when taking pics.

I have been able to replicate this error
