Camera on Droid Razr MAXX not starting up?

Hello all, my Droid rear camera recently just stopped working. I've done a soft reset, and it still says that it cannot start the camera. Also, Google hangouts keeps crashing. I understand that these may be in related, but can anyone help with one and/or both? Thanks!!!
