camera problem

whaen i try to take a pic on my X it just gives me a green square and beeps. No pic taken. Is this a result of the new update because it seemed to be working great before the update.

Are you pressing the button fully? It's a two-stage button. The square and beep are the autofocus at the first stage of the button press. You need to keep pressing at that point.
