My huwaei pro mate 20 camera suddenly did not open. I rest the phone but still it does not open. What could be the problem and how could it be fix. Could someone help me?

It could be camera failure. Try Safe Mode before concluding that it's that, since you haven't said whether you restored all your third-party apps after resetting, and you may have one causing the trouble.
