I had s3 before and just got the note 3 for couple days, and i compare the old picture to note 3, the picture quality doesn't seem any improvement except under very bright day
any tips on using the note 3 camera?

Make sure you take the plastic film off the camera. It's very hard to see but it's there and needs to come off.

I had the S3 & the camera on my Note 2 is a lot batter than the S3 .... don't ask me how, but it is! I expect the not 3 should be a lot better than the Note 2!

Cheers. Jon

my sister is using note 2, it's true that note 2 camera is a lot better the S3, but i don't see note 3's camera lot better than s3 or note 2...

Compared to my S4 the Note 3 low light results aren't as good (IMO).

I know with the S4 there was a dedicated "Night" mode, which I don't see
on the note. It appears that the Note 3 is doing some major noise reduction and post processing.
Full crops of lower light images have that almost watercolor look.

Hopefully this gets addressed in a future update.

exactly
and if you are using "smart stabilization", you have to wait for 1.5 second after you take a shot for each picture!!
