Camera randomly coming on

Anyone else have this happen? It's been doing it awhile. Yesterday I was walking by my phone and it had the camera on.. I haven't even used the camera and it was lying still on my kitchen table.
Any fixes if you have?

Does it persist after powering off, pulling the battery for 10 seconds, then powering back on? How about a cache partition wipe? http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-5744
