camera settings won't stay

I want the camera at 4:3 ratio, 12 megapixels. And I want full screen viewer on.

Most of the time when I open the camera, it reverts back to 18.5:9 7.9 megapixels and the full screen viewer turns off.

Anyone have this problem fixed??

If you enter full screen view on camera, it will revert back to 7.9. It does that on note 9, note 8 and s9
