Camera shortcut on lockscreen for galaxy note

Can you put a camera shorcut on the lockscreen with this new ics update.. I thought I saw it on a video where you could swipe to the right to unlock or swipe to the left to camera.. Just stock.. W/O using widgetlocker or anything....

According to the official Android website, lock screen camera should be a feature in ICS but on my stock SGSII Skyrocket it is not available. Maybe Samsung or ATT removed it.
