Updated phone yesterday and now, even though the shutter sound is off on my camera, it makes a very loud sound when taking a photo in Whats App and Textra. It didn't do this before yesterday's update and I can't find an option or way to stop the shutter sound when using the camera in apps.

It's illegal in some places to take a picture without the sound (to alert people that their picture is being taken), so some developers opt to make the sound whether you turn it off or not. That way, they don't have to keep up with the changing laws all over the world.
